Natural Extracts

This category comprises fragrance materials of natural origin – both complete essential oils and single substances isolated from natural materials.

Complete essential oils such as organic rosemary oil or black pepper oil contain the full, unchanged terpene palette of the respective plant. Isolated naturals such as thujopsene or patchoulol, by contrast, are the odor-defining main component of a natural oil, concentrated and enriched – in contrast to fully synthetically produced molecules.
